   Via the booking form: name, email or phone, optionally preferred zone, party size, date.

   Via cookies: only essentials — language preference and the form session ID. No analytics, no trackers.

   Form data is used solely to confirm bookings and contact you back.

   We delete enquiries within 30 days of resolution unless you become a registered guest.

   Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your voluntary consent given in the booking form.

   You can withdraw it any time by emailing hello@nox-club.pl.

   Your rights

   Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data.

   Right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO — uodo.gov.pl).

6. 06—Recipients

   Recipients

   Resend (transactional email provider) — to deliver booking enquiries to our inbox.

   Vercel (hosting) — for site infrastructure. Form data is not stored on the host.
